Alecia Hallmon wanted to make a difference in the lives of young girls. She had her own struggles of growing up as a young girl of a single parent household; she too experienced low-self-esteem, negative peer pressure and a lack of confidence. However, Alecia overcame those barriers through her faith in God, her mother, positive women mentors and personal development.    

 

She has been a part of several mentoring programs; this inspired her to start her own program. After a lot of soul searching, in 2015 she founded Pretty n You Organization.
